Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Pickup Time
If your plans change, you may cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. In this case, you will be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:

A 10% deduction for administrative charges and fees will be applied to all refunds.

The remaining 90% of your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Pickup Time
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, the following policy applies:

No refund will be issued.

The full amount charged will be retained by the company.
No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your scheduled ride without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a no-show. In such cases:
